You can do it yourself

Go to VPS hosting page and select the server for which you want to reinstall the operating system

and click the Edit button

 Next, select from dropdown menu new operating system you want to install

and check "Reinstall OS" checkbox.

Click "Ok" button at the bottom of the page. 
After reinstallation completed, your server goes into active state.
